| Making a site visit to the client's office we assess space, architectural programming, decor, lighting and budget. At this time we outline financial parameters of the project with the client. | |
| BUDGET AND PRELIMINARY PRESENTATION | |
| After allocating placement of artwork on floor plan according to budget categories we prepare a proposed budget which includes costs of artwork, framing, packing and shipping, installation, documentation of new and existing artworks, sales tax and expenses. | |
| CLIENT PRESENTATION | |

Present two or three artworks for each designated location to client or art committee so that client may choose one artwork.

ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION
|

| Oversee all purchasing, framing, shipping, and installation of artwork. If applicable, we also recommend art insurance. | |
